KCR making formula of opposition unity without Congress? National Party’s going bets

Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao is seen increasing his political speed. He met former Karnataka CM HD Kumaraswamy on Sunday. During this meeting in Hyderabad, the political situation in the country was discussed. According to media reports, the two leaders talked about Rao’s role in building opposition unity. A Telangana Rashtra Samithi functionary says the people of the country are ready for a ‘non-Congress’ option and regional parties will have to come together to face the onslaught of the BJP.

National party announcement

On Sunday, Rao has announced to launch the national party. According to a statement issued by the Telangana CM’s office, the announcement of the formation of the national party has been taken after a long discussion with intellectuals, economists and experts. “Soon, a national party will be formed and policies will be framed,” KCR said. Assembly elections are to be held in Telangana in the year 2023.

Kumaraswamy got along

In the last few months, KCR has met several leaders of the opposition. During this he had also reached Delhi, Chandigarh, Bangalore and Bihar. On Sunday, he got huge support from Kumaraswamy. The special thing is that KCR has also kept the Congress out of the alliance against the BJP. He says that the Congress is not strong enough to be an alternative to the BJP and people have lost faith in its leadership.

All efforts to oust Congress!

Recently, KCR, who reached Bihar, had discussions with Chief Minister Nitish Kumar and Deputy Chief Minister Tejashwi Yadav. Now the Indian Express has quoted sources as saying that some of the discussions held with regional leaders specifically included the matter of keeping the Congress out of any federal alliance. The Telangana CM is also trying to get the support of the Left parties.
