Actress Kangana Ranaut has demanded strict punishment against those who persecuted women. The actress has said that punishment should be fixed in India as in Saudi Arabia and those who harass women should be hanged at crossroads. Talking to the media in Bhopal, the actress said that many people do not have the courage to tell about the harassment that happened to them.
Kangana Ranaut said that one reason for people to remain silent is our conservative laws. The biggest problem is that we keep running files here for a long time. Victims have to tell about the harassment they have had for years. He said that unless we set some examples like Saudi Arabia, such incidents would not be stopped. He said that we should give such punishment in at least 5 to 6 gang rape cases.
