Officials said that the investigation team of the Enforcement Directorate has arrested BRS leader K.K. Kavita was questioned in the second round of money laundering case related to Delhi Excise Policy which lasted for about 10 hours. K Kavita reached the ED headquarters in central Delhi at around 10:30 am. The process of questioning him and recording his statement started around 11 am. Of. It may be known that Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) leader K. Kavita had approached the Supreme Court against the summons of the Central Investigation Agency. After this, the ED also reached the Supreme Court and filed a caveat in the court. Of. In her petition filed in the Supreme Court, Kavita had said that as per the rules, the ED cannot send summons to a woman by calling her in the office for questioning. Of.
