Meanwhile, an orange alert has been issued in Maharajganj, Barabanki and adjoining areas of UP on October 7. The Meteorological Department has issued a yellow alert for tomorrow for Lakhimpur Kheri, Mahoba, Ayodhya, Sitapur and Amethi among other places. The mercury is likely to drop due to intermittent rains in the state. There is also a possibility of heavy rain in some areas till October 8.

Heavy rain is expected at isolated places in Vikarabad, Mahbubnagar, Nagarkurnool, Wanaparthi, Narayanpet and Jogulamba Gadwal districts of Telangana in the next 24 hours. The meteorological department said in a daily bulletin that during the same period, isolated heavy rainfall is likely over Nizamabad, Nalgonda, Suryapet, Jangaon, Saddipet, Yadadri Bhuvanagiri, Rangareddy, Hyderabad, Medchal Malkangiri, Sangareddy, Medak and Kamareddy districts of the state. . Heavy rain is expected at isolated places in Nizamabad, Nalgonda, Suryapet, Vikarabad, Kamareddy, Mahbubnagar, Nagarkurnool, Wanaparthi, Narayanpet, Jogulamba Gadwal districts of Telangana on Friday. Thunderstorms may occur at isolated places in many districts of the state from October 6 to 9. The report said that on October 10, some districts of the state may experience thunderstorms at isolated places.
