Delhi records 1819 more COVID-19 cases and 11 died

Today, the eruption of Corona (COVID-19) is once again seen in Delhi. On Wednesday, more than 1800 new cases of Corona are concerned, from the government to the doctor. Today, with 11 more deaths, the number of dead has reached 11027, while the total number of infected patients has crossed 6.62 lakh. With this, now the positivity rate has also increased to 2.71 percent. Corona infection was confirmed in 992 patients on Tuesday.

According to the Health Bulletin released by the Health Department of Delhi Government on Wednesday, where 1819 new patients of Corona have been found in the last 24 hours, 11 more patients have died. In Delhi today, the number of patients who returned to Corona free and returned to their homes was only 399 as compared to 1591 yesterday. The Health Department said that the total number of infected people in Delhi has so far been 6,62,430. Today, 5196 patients are in home isolation.

In the capital now Corona virus Active cases of infection have also increased to 8,838. At the same time, a total of 6,42,565 patients have become corona free by defeating this epidemic. With this, the death toll has so far risen to 11,027.

According to the Delhi Health Department, today a total of 67,070 tests have been done in Delhi. Of these, 36,808 RTPR / CBNAAT / TRUNAT tests and 30,262 rapid antigen tests were performed. A total of 14,575,662 tests have been conducted in Delhi so far and 7,67,140 tests have been done per 10 lakh people. With this, after the creation of more than 100 new Containment Zones in Delhi today, their number has also increased to 2009, while on Tuesday their number was 1903.

Let me tell you that under the third phase vaccination in Delhi, 65 lakh people above 45 years of age will be given anti-corona vaccines from Thursday. A senior government official said that in the third phase, people who will be 45 years and above on January 1, 2022, are eligible for vaccination, whether they have a disease or not. Vaccination centers will work from 9 am to 9 pm.

An official said that from 9 am to 3 pm, only those who are registered will be vaccinated. Those without registration can get vaccinated between 3 pm and 9 pm. He told that to get vaccinated people Aadhar Card Or any other valid ID proof.
