Bhisham jammed on Delhi-Gurugram Expressway on Tuesday. Vehicles were seen crawling here since morning. Actually the construction of a flyover and two underpasses is going to start here. In view of this, this very important expressway has to be closed for 90 days. It is expected that the traffic system on this expressway will be closed on Thursday or Friday. Before that a part of NH-48 (Delhi-Jaipur Highway) was closed as a trial. After the closure of this part, there was a situation of severe jam here. Explain that NHAI will construct the Dwarka Expressway under the Bharat Mala project.

Special Commissioner of Police (Traffic), Surendra Singh Yadav said that the trial for closure of the carriageway has started from Tuesday so that it can be understood what kind of situation can happen here after the closure of this road. Will have to face such situations from Thursday or Friday. The senior official said that during the trial, people traveling on this route will also be helped to understand the situation and at the same time they will also be able to know that when the NH-48 carriageway between Rangpuri and Rajokri is closed for 90 days What kind of problems will they have to face if they go. He said that we are sure that by the end of this week people will be ready for such a situation. NHAI is trying its best to reduce the problems of the people to some extent by diverting the traffic through the service road.

The 500 meter portion of the expressway will remain closed for about 3 months. Due to this one and a half to two lakh vehicles passing on this route will be affected. In view of the jam situation on the Delhi-Gurugram Expressway, the traffic police had already issued an advisory. It has been said that the passengers going towards the bus terminal, railway station or Delhi airport should plan their journey only after looking at the jam situation.

It has been said in the advisory that people going or coming to Gurugram or Jaipur can use Mehrauli Gurugram Road. It has also been informed that commuters going towards Dwarka, Kapashera and Najafgarh can take the Gurgaon Road flyover from Palam Road. On behalf of the traffic police, an appeal has been made to the general public to use alternative routes so that the situation of jam can be avoided.
