He appealed to the workers to dedicate the next 100 hours to the party, expose the failures and corruption of the Kejriwal government and ensure voting in favor of BJP by reaching the last voter. At the same time, Manoj Tiwari said, thousands of migrant laborers live in this assembly constituency and the Kejriwal government has cheated them during the Corona period, they have not forgotten it.

Ajay Maken, former president of Delhi Pradesh Congress Committee and general secretary of the party, addressed the workers’ convention at Narayana in Rajendra Nagar assembly constituency on Sunday. Maken accused the Kejriwal government of stopping the pace of development of Delhi. He took a dig at Kejriwal on the issue of expensive electricity, unemployment, purchase of buses in the Municipal Corporation of Delhi. He said that providing the most expensive electricity to the industries of Delhi is a major reason for unemployment in Delhi. Maken said that the Green Budget was presented in the year 2018, then Delhi has the highest pollution. This year brought employment budget while unemployment is at its peak. He said that through the Agneepath scheme, the central government is playing with the future of the youth and the security of the country. Question was also asked to Aam Aadmi Party and Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal said that the leaders of the Congress party are on the road in protest against this plan. But the Aam Aadmi Party is nowhere to be seen. On this occasion, Congress candidate Premlata, former minister Ramkant Goswami, senior Congress leaders Chatar Singh, Brahm Yadav, etc. were present in the assembly by-election.

One crore rupees cash, more than 1200 liters of liquor seized

Teams of different departments are also taking continuous action to vote in a clean and transparent manner in the Rajendra Nagar assembly by-election. In view of the elections, the Income Tax Department team has seized about one crore rupees in cash from different areas to stop the money being used in elections. Continuous action is also being taken by the police teams to curb any kind of violence or criminal activities during the polling.

Chief Electoral Office (CEO) Dr. According to Ranbir Singh, a model green booth is being made in Pusa in the by-election. Divyang, elderly and pregnant women can also participate in voting, so that free e-rickshaw facility will also be provided. The Goods and Service Tax (GST) team, under the supervision of the CEO’s office, has seized goods worth Rs 33 lakh from different places. These were to be used to woo the voters.

Of these, more than 50 percent of the amount has been confiscated from the assembly constituency itself. A special model booth for women will be set up in the elections, while a special booth is also being prepared for the differently-abled. All the personnel posted here will also be handicapped and will cooperate with the disabled voters during the voting.

Intoxicants worth more than Rs 10 crore seized: According to the CEO’s office, the Excise Department has also confiscated about 1200 liters of liquor to prevent the consumption of any kind of intoxicants during the election. The Narcotics Control Bureau also seized narcotics worth about Rs 10 crore since the Model Code of Conduct came into force.
