Troubled Pakistan is seeing great hope from China itself. It is reported that China’s Sunwalk Group has made a plan to invest $ 2 billion. On Tuesday itself, a high-level delegation of the group had met Pakistan’s IT Minister Syed Aminul Haq. Telecom infrastructure, Optical Fiber Cable (OFC) and Right of Way (RoW) were discussed during the meeting.
According to news agency ANI, the optical fiber network will cover an area of 1 lakh km in Pakistan. Sunwalk Private Limited develops telecom and infrastructure projects in China. The company has acquired the TIP license in Pakistan. The special thing is that the company has started the exercise for the network.
During the meeting, the Pakistan minister told the delegation that discussions are on with the Ministry of Railways and Highways regarding the RoW for OFC. He has expressed confidence that all the problems coming in the process will be removed.
China-Pakistan friendship
The special thing is that the ongoing activities from Beijing are indicating that China and Pakistan are good friends. Earlier also the Commercial Bank of China had taken a billion dollar step for Pakistan. Pakistan’s Finance Minister Ishaq Dar had also announced this through Twitter.
At present, the economic crisis continues in Pakistan. Possibilities are being expressed that Pakistan’s deal with the International Monetary Fund may be completed in some time. Apart from this, there are also reports of political crisis in the country.
