Ayan Mukerji’s film Brahmastra performed tremendously on the weekend. The film has entered the 100 crore club in just 3 days. It was clear from the advance booking of Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt starrer film that it is going to set a record on the opening day and the same thing happened. Brahmastra is the highest opening film of this year. There are no other movies around him either. Along with this, it also ended the drought of Bollywood. A big hit was awaited for a long time. On the weekend, the film did well, after which discussions started that its real test would be on Monday.

Its initial figures of the fourth day show that the pace of the film is not going to stop yet. According to the website Box Office India, there has been a drop of 50 to 55 percent in the collection of Brahmastra on Monday till the initial figures. Its Hindi version has collected 14 to 15 crores. Earnings have come down but the figures are positive in terms of weekdays. The film is maintaining a good hold in Uttar Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh. If you include Monday’s collection, then its total collection has become more than 118 crores.
