Out of this, his first meeting was held in Chhapra, considered to be the stronghold of RJD Chief and former Chief Minister of the state Lalu Prasad Yadav. While addressing the election rally here, the Prime Minister targeted the RJD and the Congress fiercely. He said that today there is a double engine government in Bihar and on the other side there is double-double crown prince. One of them is the crown prince of Jangalaraj. Lalu Prasad Yadav, while reversing this attack of PM Modi, has said that it is not a double engine but a trouble engine.

Lalu Prasad Yadav tweeted, ‘It’s a double engine, not a double engine. Where was the double engine while bringing the trapped laborers back?

Addressing the rally in Chhapra, the Prime Minister said that today, in front of Bihar, there is a government of double engines, on the other side there is also double-double crown prince. One of them is also the crown prince of Jungle Raj. He said that the double-engineered NDA government is committed to the development of Bihar, so these double-double crown prince are fighting to save their throne. Apart from this, he also targeted the Congress and the RJD over familyism. The PM said that on the one hand there is a coalition of NDA fully dedicated to democracy in the country and on the other side there are family coalitions dedicated to their vested interests.

The Prime Minister used the words of two crown prince Rahul Gandhi to former Congress President Rahul Gandhi and Chief Ministerial candidate Tejashwi Yadav from the Grand Alliance.

After PM Modi’s rally, Tejashwi Yadav targeted him by tweeting and asked some questions. Tejashwi asked why Bihar’s unemployment rate is more than 46 percent due to the double engine government. He tweeted, ‘Respected Prime Minister did not say why Bihar unemployment rate is 46.6% due to double engine government? Why is migration from every other house in Bihar? Why is Bihar tops in NCRB statistics? According to NITI Aayog, why is Bihar laggard in the education sectors?

Prime Minister Modi also addressed a public meeting in Motihari today. At the time of 2015 Bihar elections, PM Modi had told the public that by starting Motihari’s sugar mill, I will drink tea with you. Reminding him of this promise, Tejashwi also asked PM Modi about Motihari’s sugar mill and tweeted, ‘Respected Prime Minister said at Motihari’s election meeting in 2014 that he would start Motihari’s closed sugar mill next time On arrival at Motihari, you will drink tea made from sugar.
