- ADVT: A High Quality Tablet at a Low Price! Don’t miss the offer
Bengaluru: Important BJP leaders have called upon the people of the state not to pay electricity bills or bus tickets for any reason. Further, former minister R.Ashok has warned that if anyone cuts the electricity in the house, we will come there, ask questions and fight.
Speaking about the Congress guarantee, MP Nalin Kumar Kateel, former Minister (Legislative) R Ashok has stated that the Congress is cheating the people of the state and no one should pay electricity charges or bus tickets anymore. Pratap Singh has called not to pay current bill from June 1.
We stand with you
R said that no one should pay the current bill from now on. Ashok called. Also, women should not take tickets in the bus. The staff of the electricity companies cannot cut the electricity connection in any town because the bill has not been settled. The Chief Minister himself has given a statement. Officers are not greater than them. He said that if there is a power cut, we will fight there.
Will not leave until the guarantee is enforced
The five guarantees announced before the Congress elections should be given to the people of the state. He said that even though the government has come for two weeks, it has not been implemented till now, which is an insult to the people of the state.
No two-faced policy
DK Sivakumar had said, ‘If women go to their father-in-law’s house, it is free, if their mother-in-law goes to fetch her daughter-in-law, it is free, and it is free to go to any town’. Now they are following a two-faced policy. Free bus travel should be given to women’, he said.
Did you ask Hogora to vote on the way?
DCM DK Sivakumar says that guarantee schemes cannot be given to all passers-by. Voted by passers-by, right? Aren’t you ashamed? Siddaramaiah, who said 200 units for everyone’s house free of cost, is now imposing conditions.
Was there no knowledge before the announcement?
Now you are talking about financial resources. Siddaramaiah presented 13 budgets. Did they have no knowledge? Did you print a false manifesto? R Ashok asked.
