In the second phase of cabinet expansion, there are many aspirants including Leader of Opposition in Legislative Council BK Hariprasad, KN Rajanna, Lakshmi Hebbalkar, Krishna Byre Gowda, Ishwar Khandre, Vinay Kulkarni. Besides, Swamijis and caste leaders are lobbying on behalf of other ministerial aspirants.
