Chief Minister Basavaraja Bommai, who has resumed his usual work activities, will tour Mysore and Mandya districts on Thursday to inaugurate various development works and launch the completed works.

CM Basavaraja Bommai will leave for Mysore by helicopter from Bangalore early in the morning via HAL airport. There, he will inaugurate the University’s Engineering College and various development programs as part of the 75th Independence Day celebrations organized by Mysore University. Later, Maharaja will participate in a public program to be held on the college grounds.

Chief Minister Bommai, who will leave for Mandya district from Mysore by road in the afternoon, will participate in the inauguration and foundation stone laying of various development works organized by Mandya University and the district administration. Later, Department of Skill Development, Entrepreneurship and Livelihood- Sanjeevini will participate in the Livelihood Year Inaugural Program to be held on the campus of Mandya University.

Later, he will participate in the inaugural function of Bharati Vajra Mahotsava organized by Bharati Education Trust at Bharati Nagar in Maddur taluk. After this, the Chief Minister will return to Bangalore city by road.

Basavaraja Bommai was resting at home after the appearance of covid. On Tuesday, his Covid test report came back negative. In this background, he has now turned his attention to administrative work.
