Along with the flag, it has been suggested to organize training in every mandal to fly the flag properly. The Tricolor Flag Yatra will be held in 75 taluk centers and thousands of workers will participate,’ he said.
On August 10, 11, 12, Patha Sanchalana, Prabhat Peri, Marathon, Walkathon, Cyclothon, Bharat Mata Puja, decoration of circles in cities and villages, statue of freedom fighters, cleaning of effigies, garlanding will be held.

It is planned to deliver 75 books on the freedom struggle released by the state government under the ‘Amrita Bharatige Kannadaarati’ programme, to educational institutions and people. Youth associations, women’s councils, self-help groups, educational institutions (schools – colleges), Ganapati Utsav committees, religious committees, trade unions, barangay residents’ associations, apartment and flat associations will be contacted and requested to carry out the flag hoisting. We are confident that this will become a Guinness record.
