UPPSC: Selection of three after two years of block education officer recruitment

UPPSC Recruitment: Two years after the declaration of the final result of Block Education Officer (BEO) Recruitment 2019, three candidates have been appointed. Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission has selected three candidates Pravesh Kumar Bajpai, Vimal Prakash Srivastava and Puran Singh in the order of preference of the respective category after the selection of three candidates was canceled during record verification. On the basis of the recommendation made available by the Commission on February 16, Additional Director of Basic Education Anil Bhushan Chaturvedi has posted the three candidates on March 23 in Mahoba, Unnao and Bareilly respectively. The secretary has made it clear that the seniority of the newly appointed candidates will be decided later as per the rules.

On 13 December 2019, the Commission had issued advertisement on 309 posts of BEO. Its result was declared on 30 January 2021. In the records verification from February 8 to 10, 2021, the selection of Pranav, a resident of Lalauli Road Police Station Bindki Road, Fatehpur, who topped this recruitment, was cancelled. DLED pass Pranav had manipulated the certificate and presented it as BEd certificate. Similarly, the candidature of Jitendra Kumar Gond of Scheduled Tribe was canceled in November 2022 due to not being a Scheduled Tribe after caste certificate verification.
