UP Police Constable, SI Bharti 2023: Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Monday ordered that the ongoing selection process for various posts in the police department should be completed by the month of December. He reviewed the department-wise personnel arrangements with the Additional Chief Secretary/Principal Secretary of all the departments at the government residence in Lucknow and directed to complete the appointment process on the vacant posts in all the departments as soon as possible. There is recruitment for 52699 posts of constable and 2469 posts of sub inspector in UP Police. Restoration is also to be done on 2833 posts of jail warders. A few days ago, tender notices for these recruitments were issued. After the latest order of CM Yogi, it is expected that the application process for UP Police Constable 52000 recruitment can start in a few days. Lakhs of youth of the state are waiting for the notification of these recruitments.
CM Yogi said, ‘The status of necessary vacancies should be clarified by thoroughly reviewing each cadre in all departments, from village/city and district to the government level. Through the Appointment and Personnel Department, detailed reports of vacancies/prevailing appointment process in all departments and required human resources should be made available to the Chief Minister’s Office. To simplify the appointment process, the system of e-requisition has been implemented, use it. Before sending the requisition for appointment, the reservation rules should be carefully examined.

In the notice, UP Police Recruitment Board has expressed the expectation of 12 to 15 lakh candidates to appear in the SI recruitment examination.

During the meeting, CM Yogi said, ‘The outsourcing personnel deployed in various works have done excellent work. It should be ensured that all employees get minimum honorarium, get it on time and in full. Not a single employee should be exploited under any circumstances.
– ‘There are a large number of vacancies in various departments in the districts Varanasi, Prayagraj, Gorakhpur, Ayodhya, Mathura, Gautam Buddha Nagar and Ghaziabad. Qualified personnel should be deployed here on priority.
– ‘By giving top priority to aspirational districts, aspirational development blocks and aspirational urban bodies, ensure that there is no vacancy of human resources in these areas.’
