Telangana: Waiting for Teacher Vacancies? But good news for you

Health Minister Harish Rao said that the vacant teaching posts in Telangana state will be filled soon. The minister said that the process of promotions and transfers of teachers will also be completed soon. Harish Rao, who attended the state council meeting of PRTU held on Sunday (November 20) at Gajwel in Siddipet district, spoke to this effect. What else?

Telangana is the only state that spends 10 percent of the state budget on education. In 2014, we spent Rs.9,518 crore on education, but now we have increased that amount to Rs.25,250 crore. We are strengthening all government schools under the Mana Uru, Mana Badi programme. Ours is a teacher and employee friendly government. When the Telangana state was formed, the number of residential schools was 295, but now their number has reached 920. Medical seats increased from 850 to 2,950. However, some intellectuals are spreading false propaganda that there has been no development in Telangana. The Center has stopped Rs.21 thousand crores due to Telangana under various heads. However, we are providing salaries to the employees on time. Our state government is providing salaries which are not available in Gujarat. We have already given job notifications in many departments. We will give notification for teacher posts soon. Appropriate action will be taken in the matter of health cards and PF money deposit. Minister Harish Rao said on this occasion that he will discuss the old pension system with the Chief Minister and take a decision.
