There is good news for the students of the year 2023 batch of IIT ISM Dhanbad. So far 931 students have got jobs in the campus placement which started on December 1, 2022. If we look at the figures till January 30, various companies from India and abroad have offered jobs to 966 students. Out of these, 931 students accepted the job offer.
35 job offers were not accepted by the students. Out of 931 students, 700 students have been given jobs by the private sector. 29 in PSU, 3 in Government of India and 199 students have got PPO (Pre Placement Offer). The highest pay package is Rs 56 lakh per annum and the average CTC package is Rs 18.40 lakh per annum. The process of formal campus selection started from December 1 in IIT ISM. Campus selection is happening in both online and offline mode.
408 students got internship offers: 408 students of the institute’s third year i.e. 2024 batch have received internship offers so far. Career Development Center is hopeful that other companies will also provide internship to the students of the Institute. The students of the Institute’s Department of Management Studies have received the highest annual pay package of Rs 30.06 lakh.
