CISF: Big news, bumper increase in vacancy in fire constable recruitment, hundreds of posts increased.

There has been a huge increase in the number of posts in Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) Fire Constable Recruitment 2022. In this recruitment, earlier there were 1149 posts of Fire Constable which has now been increased to 1721. Of the total posts, now 725 posts have been kept unreserved. 173 have been reserved for EWS, 243 SC, 201 ST and 379 OBC categories. Whereas earlier there were 489 unreserved, 113 EWS, 161 SC, 137 ST and 249 OBC category posts. That means the number of posts in every category has increased. The result of CISF Fire Constable Recruitment Exam is awaited. The answer key was released just a few days ago. Let us tell you that this recruitment was done in January 2022. But its admit card was released on 14 September 2023. The exam was held on 26 September 2023. Candidates successful in the written examination will be called for detailed medical examination. After completion of Physical Efficiency Test (PET), Physical Measurement Test (PST) and written examination, separate category wise merit lists for each state and union territory will be prepared on the basis of performance in the written examination. Those appearing in the merit list will be called for document verification and medical test.

Minimum passing marks in written examination
For unreserved, EWS – 35 percent
SC, ST, OBC – 33 percent

The selected ones will get the pay scale of Level-3 (Rs. 21,700-69,100).
