The local administration has passed a unique order to promote Kovid-19 vaccination in Dhanbad, Jharkhand. Under this order, petrol pump operators have been clearly asked to demand vaccination certificate from any person before giving petrol or diesel. If he has the certificate, then only petrol or diesel should be given to him. The administration says that this order has been passed to promote vaccination in the district and make it mandatory.

Actually, the pace of corona vaccination in Dhanbad is sluggish. For this reason, this order has been passed by the local administration to make people aware about vaccination and to increase the speed of vaccination.
Additional District Magistrate Kumar Tarachand said that the purpose of this order is to ensure complete vaccination in the district. He said that all the drivers have been instructed to keep the vaccination certificate with them compulsorily before taking petrol or diesel. Orders have also been issued to all the petrol pump operators regarding this. He said that all the petrol pumps are also being investigated by the district administration to ensure compliance of the order.
