Jharkhand: including the elderly, widows, disabled people, they will also get social security pension, there will be no quota

Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren announced on Saturday that all the beneficiaries of the state would get a monthly social security pension of Rs. His government has not fixed any quota for this. The benefit of this pension- elderly, destitute women, widows, disabled, unmarried women above 45 years of age, etc. will get.

Addressing a gathering at Kukaiyatand in Ramgarh district of the state, CM Soren said that earlier, many people did not get any benefit from pension schemes as there was a quota for each area.

Soren has launched a comprehensive pension scheme on the foundation day of Jharkhand on 15th November. In this, every person above 60 years of age, widow and destitute women above 18 years of age, single women above 45 years of age, disabled above five years and suffering from HIV will get 1000 rupees per month.

The Chief Minister said that we have started ‘Sarkar Aapke Dwar’ program to reach out to the villagers for on-the-spot redressal of grievances related to Aadhar Card, Voter Card, Ration Card, Social Security Pension, Caste Certificate and Income Certificate.

Soren had also announced the ‘Aapke Adhikar, Aapki Sarkar, Aapke Dwar’ (Your Right, Your Government, Your Door) program on November 15, with the aim of taking government schemes to the homes of the beneficiaries. CM Soren said that the state government has started giving additional food grains to poor families and has taken an initiative to provide easy loan of Rs 25 lakh to skilled people to start business.
