What did Congress and BJP say?
Please tell that the Chief Minister of Telangana K. Chandrasekhar Rao’s daughter Kavita led a hunger strike in Delhi on March 10, demanding the passage of the long-pending Women’s Reservation Bill in this budget session of Parliament.
The Congress and the BJP (BJP) had alleged that the hunger strike by the BRS Legislative Councilor (MLC) in support of the bill was an attempt to divert attention from his appearance before the Enforcement Directorate (ED) in the Delhi Excise Policy case. Kavita appeared before the ED for nine hours on March 11 to record her statement in a money laundering case related to alleged irregularities in the Delhi Excise Policy.
