Weather Update: Due to rain in South India since the beginning of April, there will be relief from the heat for the next few days. According to India Meteorological Department, Kerala and Tamil Nadu are likely to experience light to moderate rain, thunder and lightning for the next five days.
Along with this, the same situation will continue in Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and Karnataka. IMD has issued Yellow Alert for Kerala and Tamil Nadu during this forecast period. The advisory urges residents to remain ‘vigilant’ for local weather conditions, particularly thunderstorms. Hyderabad is likely to receive thundershowers while Thiruvananthapuram and Kochi are likely to receive moderate rain and thundershowers for the next five days. On the other hand, Bengaluru, Chennai, Amaravati and Visakhapatnam will witness only partly cloudy skies during this period.
Will it rain in Delhi?- If we talk about the national capital Delhi, the temperature is increasing here. The heat will continue for the next one week. If the maximum temperature will be seen reaching 39 degrees, the minimum temperature may touch 19 degrees. If we look at today’s temperature, the maximum temperature can be up to 35 degrees, otherwise the minimum temperature can reach 14 degrees. According to Skymet, the rainy season is over in Delhi. There is normal rain in April and the weather is going to be dry in the coming days. Warm winds coming from the north-west direction will continue to raise the temperature in the capital.
Thunderstorm and light rain with lightning and gusty winds are likely at isolated places over Kerala and Mahe. Thunderstorm and lightning are likely in Madhya Pradesh, Odisha, Madhya Maharashtra, Marathwada, Tamil Nadu, Puducherry.
