Twitter Handle Hacked : Govt Cyber attack (Cyber Crime) had taken place. The hackers then took cryptocurrency. However, the police denied this report and said that all the work was being done manually as the server was down for several days.

According to media reports, a tweet promoting the crypto wallet was first posted at 5:38 am from the Ministry of Hydropower’s social media account. Account logo as well as profile picture along with cover picture were also changed by the hackers. Several unknown accounts were also tagged in the tweets from the ministry’s Twitter handle. However, the account was soon restored and the questionable tweets were removed. Security agencies and cyber experts are now investigating the incident.

Cyber attack on Delhi AIIMS servers
Earlier on November 23, the main server of Delhi AIIMS was down. This had a major impact on online services as the main server went down. Thousands of patients suffered as all other activities including making slips were affected. The server was down till Wednesday evening. The Indian Computer Emergency Response Team (CERT-In), Delhi Police and Home Ministry representatives were then investigating.
