The battle of Sikh organizations to occupy Golak and show chaudhar is going on: Giani Harpreet Singh

Punjab News: Jathedar of Shri Akal Takht Giani Harpreet Singh has said that today there is a fight to take over the Sikh institutions. This fight is only to show its strength by occupying the sphere of Sikh institutions. He has expressed concern over the decline in the Sikh community and called for it to be removed. Giani while addressing the martyrdom centenary event of Jathedar Akali Baba Phula Singh at Amritsar on Thursday. He has invited the Sikh community to strengthen their institutions. On this occasion, he asked the Shiromani Committee to make rules regarding the appointment, retirement, term of service etc. of the Jathedars of Takhts. It has been said before but no action has been taken on it.

He also talked about the management committees of Takht Sri Hazur Sahib and Takht Sri Patna Sahib. Raising the issue of conversion on this occasion, he said that the converts are also making fun of Sikh institutions. p>

On the other hand, the Shiromani Akali Dal Amritsar, while celebrating the Restoration of Democracy Day in Amritsar on Thursday, has demanded from the central government that the Shiromani Committee elections should be held soon. On this occasion, there was a demand for the release of captive Sikhs and action against the accused in the case of missing 328 holy bodies. 

On this occasion, Simranjit Singh Mann accused the central government of not holding the Shiromani Committee elections. He said that if the demand to restore democracy by holding elections is not fulfilled, then his party will send martyrdom groups every day. Demanding the release of the captive Sikhs, he satirized that the members of the Shiromani Committee are making drama by wearing black clothes.
