Hyderabad Suicide Case: A 50 year old laborer committed suicide in Hyderabad. According to the police, this person was caught for the third time while driving under the influence of alcohol. When the police issued him a challan of thousands of rupees, he ended his life by consuming insecticide at his house in Saidabad. Now his wife has filed a complaint regarding this matter.
Actually, on last Monday (March 6) the police had seized A. Yelaiah’s bike. Along with this, an challan of 9 thousand was imposed on him. After this he returned to his home in a state of unconsciousness and committed suicide. A suicide note has also been recovered from his purse, in which displeasure has been registered regarding the challan of the vehicle.
Due to fear of not getting back the bike, commits suicide
A traffic challan was issued against him and he is afraid that his bike will not be returned so he is committing suicide.
Case registered for causing death under section 174
Based on the complaint of wife Mallamma, Saidabad police have registered a case of suspicious death under section 174 of CrPC. The body was handed over to the family after the postmortem on Tuesday (March 7). He was then cremated at Neredikomma, Yellaiah’s ancestral home in Nalgonda district.
