Ruckus In Ram Navami: The festival of Ram Navami was being celebrated across the country on Thursday (March 30). Meanwhile, news of violence also came to the fore in many states. In Haryana too, there was ruckus during the Ram Navami festival, for which the police arrested five people. Sonipat police arrested the accused for raising religious slogans and hoisting the saffron flag at Kharkhoda Masjid on the occasion of Ram Navami.

CCTV footage of the incident has also surfaced, in which some people can be seen entering the Kharkhoda mosque with saffron flags. Kharkhoda police official said that they have registered a case and arrested five people so far. Apart from this, the process of identifying other people is going on. He also informed that heavy police force has been deployed in Kharkhoda to maintain peace and prevent law and order from going out of control.

What is the matter?
According to the police, a procession was taken out by Hindu organizations on the occasion of Ram Navami in Sonepat Kharkhoda, Haryana on Thursday. During the procession, a group of some people raised religious slogans. Along with this, the people of the group hoisted the saffron  flag inside the Kharkhoda mosque at the time of Namaz.
