Gurmeet Ram Rahim: The case of Dera Sirsa chief Ram Rahim being real or fake is over now. The Supreme Court has dismissed this petition on March 13. The Supreme Court told the petitioner Mohit Insa that your demand under Article 32 cannot be fulfilled.

The petitioner produced the Dera chief in court and sought his identity, as he had claimed that Ram Rahim is fake. This petition was filed in the Supreme Court on 12 November 2022. The court accepted it on February 28. The date of hearing was fixed on March 13.

On the other hand, the Dera Trustee has filed a defamation case against Mohit Insa in Delhi’s Tis Hazari Court. Along with this, a case of inciting religious sentiments has been registered against Mohit Insa in Sirsa court.
