Rajasthan Political Crisis: After the commotion in Rajasthan Congress, the party has also taken action. In-charge Ajay Maken and Supervisor Mallikarjun Kharge handed over the entire incident report to Sonia Gandhi on Tuesday (September 27). After which the disciplinary committee of the Congress has sent a show cause notice to the relatives of Gehlot, the founder of the rebellion, in the case of serious indiscipline. And has sent a notice to RTDC president Dharmendra Pathak and asked him to reply within ten days. In their nine-page report to Sonia Gandhi, the observers termed the separate mobilization of MLAs instead of the proposed meeting as serious indiscipline. . In this meeting, these MLAs raised the issue of Sachin Pilot’s rebellion against Ashok Gehlot in 2020.

The MLAs said that the Chief Minister should be chosen from among those who supported the government at that time. . They submitted a collective resignation to Speaker CP Joshi in protest against keeping Sachin Pilot out of the top post.

 

No direct blame on Ashok Gehlot 

According to sources, the nine-page report does not make any direct allegations against Ashok Gehlot, but recommends action against Gehlot’s close associates. In fact, after Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot’s announcement of contesting the election of Congress President, there were speculations about the change of CM in Rajasthan. A meeting of the Congress Legislature Party was also called at the Chief Minister’s residence on Sunday regarding this issue.

Gehlot’s close friend Shanti Dhariwal had a meeting

for this meeting. Congress sent Rajasthan in-charge Ajay Maken and observer Mallikarjun Kharge to Jaipur. A meeting of MLAs was held at Gehlot’s close friend Shanti Dhariwal’s house before the meeting of the legislative party. After this meeting, many MLAs who supported Gehlot reached Speaker CP Joshi’s house to resign. Due to this meeting held at the house of Minister Shanti Dhariwal, the meeting of the legislative party was cancelled. After this, Mallikarjun Kharge and Ajay Maken also returned to Delhi.
