After completion in Telangana, it will enter Maharashtra. Meanwhile, after a day’s break on Friday, the yatra resumed from Chotukur in Andole constituency on Saturday and will halt at Aladurg for the night after covering a distance of 20 km. Congress sources said that Rahul Gandhi will address a meeting in Pedapur on Saturday, the 10th day of his visit to the state. MP from Wayanad Rahul Gandhi has been meeting leaders of various communities including intellectuals, people from sports, business and entertainment sectors while campaigning for the party in the state.

Importantly, the Congress Arguably, the Bharat Joko Yatra has been launched to unite the country against the divisive policy of the central government. It was started on September 7 from Kanyakumari under the leadership of Congress President Rahul Gandhi. The aim of this padayatra is to cover a long distance of 3,570 km and cover 12 states and two Union Territories across the country for 150 consecutive days. The padayatra will start from Kanyakumari and end at Srinagar.
