Queen Elizabeth Death : Death of Queen Elizabeth II of Britain, tribute from Prime Minister Modi

Queen Elizabeth Death: Queen Elizabeth II of Britain has passed away at the age of 96. Many countries around the world, including Britain, have expressed their condolences. After his death, Prime Minister Narendra Modi also paid tribute to him by tweeting. Sharing a photo with Queen Queen Elizabeth, Prime Minister Modi expressed his grief over her demise. 

"Queen Elizabeth II will be remembered as a legend of our time. He gave inspirational leadership to his country and people. In public life he showed dignity and civility. I am saddened by his death and my condolences go out to his family and the people of Britain in this time of sorrow.” Prime Minister Modi has tweeted this. 

I had memorable meetings with Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II during my UK visits in 2015 and 2018. I will never forget her warmth and kindness. Congress MP Rahul Gandhi has expressed condolences after the death of Queen Elizabeth II.  My condolences go out to the people of Britain and the Royal Family. He had a long and glorious reign. Rahul Gandhi has tweeted that he will serve his country with utmost commitment and respect.
