PM Modi 6 Days Visit: Prime Minister Narendra Modi‘s important six-day foreign tour is starting from 19th May. PM Modi will first go to Japan, where he will participate in the G-7 meeting. This meeting is being held under the chairmanship of Japan. After this the Prime Minister will visit Papua New Guinea and Australia. Before leaving for the tour, the Prime Minister said that he is looking forward to attending the G-7 meeting and meeting Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida. Along with this, he has also given information about the plans of visiting Papua New Guinea and Australia.

The statement issued by the Prime Minister said that I will leave for Hiroshima to participate in the G-7 conference to be chaired by Japan at the invitation of Japanese Prime Minister Fumido Kishida. It would be a pleasure to meet Prime Minister Kishida of Japan after the India-Japan Summit.

Will also hold bilateral meeting

First PM to visit Papua New Guinea

The Prime Minister told that from Japan he will go to Papua New Guinea. This will be the first visit of an Indian Prime Minister to Papua New Guinea. On May 22, Prime Minister Modi will jointly host the third summit of the Forum for India Pacific Islands Cooperation with James Marape, the Prime Minister of Papua New Guinea. All 14 Pacific Island Countries (PICs) have accepted the invitation to participate in this important summit. This forum was launched during the Prime Minister’s visit to Fiji in 2014. The Prime Minister has informed that he will also hold bilateral talks with the Governor General of Papua News Guinea and the Prime Minister.

Will also visit Australia

In the statement, PM Modi has further said that he will go to Sydney on the invitation of Australian Prime Minister Albanji. Here the top leaders of both the countries will hold a bilateral meeting, in which discussions will be held to strengthen the relations between the two countries. Along with this, PM Modi will interact with Australian CEOs and business leaders and meet the Indian community at a special event in Sydney.
