Petrol Diesel Price Today 28 September 2022 : For more than four months in the domestic market Petrol-Diesel rates are stable. But crude oil has reached a record level. From last few days, it is seen that the prices of crude oil are decreasing continuously. Crude oil prices continue to fall. Therefore, experts are predicting that the common people will get some relief from the expensive oil during the festive season. Also, experts are predicting the possibility of a reduction of 2 to 3 rupees per liter in petrol and diesel prices.
Crude oil at 9-month low
Crude oil prices have fallen to a nine-month low in the global market. Brent crude closed at $86.17 per barrel and WTI crude at $78.53 per barrel on Tuesday evening. It is predicted that the drop in oil prices will have a positive impact on the Indian economy. A few days ago, the Meghalaya government had increased the prices of petrol and diesel by one and a half rupees per liter. Earlier, VAT on petrol-diesel was reduced after the Shinde government came to Maharashtra.
Earlier on May 22, the central government had reduced the excise duty. When Petrol (Petrol Price) and Diesel Price (Diesel Price) were reduced. So common people got relief in price. This change in price happened four-three months ago. After that there has been a change in oil prices in Maharashtra and Meghalaya. After the Shinde government came to Maharashtra, petrol became cheaper by Rs 5 and diesel by Rs 3 due to reduction in VAT.
Maharashtra most expensive petrol in ‘this’ district
Maharashtra is being sold in Parbhani district. The current price of petrol in Parbhani is Rs 109.41 and diesel is Rs 95.81 per litre. So, in Nagpur, the state capital, the price of petrol is Rs 106.04 per liter and the price of diesel is Rs 92.59 per litre. Petrol price in Pune is Rs 105.84 and diesel price is Rs 92.36 per litre. Petrol price in Kolhapur is Rs 106.47 per liter and diesel price is Rs 93.01 per litre. Petrol price in Aurangabad is Rs 108 and diesel price is Rs 95.96 per litre.
