Pakistani Drone: Another entry of Pakistani drones on the Indian border, BSF thwarted

Pakistani Drone: Border Security Force (BSF) personnel shot down a Pakistani drone hovering in the sky near the international border in Punjab’s Ferozepur. After this, the drone fell from the sky directly to the ground. No materials were found with the drone. The drones are believed to be dropping heroin or weapons and returning. BSF and police launched a joint search operation on Wednesday morning. The downed drone has been recovered by BSF and Punjab Police.

According to BSF officials, the jawans of Battalion-136 were patrolling near the border fence. They heard drones in the sky. Apart from about 100 bullets, this drone was also attacked with hand grenades. Due to the low altitude, the drone fell to the ground after being shot. As soon as the information was received, BSF Executive DIG Ashok Kumar, Commandant Dr SK Sonkar, SSP Surendra Lamba, Commandant Amarjit Singh and Deputy Commandant Gurpreet Singh reached the spot. According to sources, this drone is a hexa copter. Such drones can fly very high and carry a weight of around 100 kg. Earlier  on November 3 also, a drone was seen near Jagdish post of BSF. Drones returned to Pakistan after BSF firing.
