Kedarnath Yatra 2022: The meteorological department has issued a high alert of rain for two days in the mountains. All Anganwadi centers in Rudraprayag district and schools from one to 12 in Uttarakhand are closed for two days following the high alert of the Meteorological Department. The weather department’s prediction is also proving to be true. It is raining in most parts of the district including the world famous Kedarnath Dham (Kedarnath). The passengers are also facing a lot of problems. However, if it rains continuously, the journey can also be stopped in terms of safety. SDRF, DDRF on footpaths including Dham for the safety of passengers. And policemen have been deployed.

Red alert of rain issued

Meteorological department has issued a red alert of rain in the mountains. It has been raining intermittently for two days in Rudraprayag district. Following the rain alert, the administration has issued orders to keep all Anganwadi centers and schools from class 1 to 12 closed today and tomorrow. At this time, the trip to the world famous Kedarnath Dham is also going on. More than ten thousand devotees are reaching Kedarnath every day.

Dense fog blanket

Rainfall After this, there is dense fog in Kedarnath Dham due to which air travel is also affected. The administration has also kept a sharp eye on the journey. Police SDRF and DDRF personnel have been deployed in Kedarnath Pedal Marg and Dham for security reasons. So far more than 11 lakh 70 thousand devotees have visited Kedarnath Dham which is the highest number. SP Ayush Agarwal said that after the high alert of the Meteorological Department, apart from all police stations and checkpoints, the personnel of DDRF and SDRF have been kept on alert. Apart from this, it cannot be denied that the journey will be stopped if there is heavy rain.
