HP Election 2022 Dates :  The Election Commission has announced the Himachal elections.  The Himachal Vidhan Sabha elections will be held on November 12 and the results will be out on December 8. The Chief Election Commission said, the notification will be issued on October 17 in Himachal Pradesh. Elections in Himachal will be held in a single phase. Nominations are to be scrutinized till 27. Names can be withdrawn on October 29. Voting will be held on November 12, counting will be held on December 8.

He said that all information will be available to know his candidates. At the same time, it is the right of the citizens. Out of these 20 seats are reserved. 17 seats are reserved for Scheduled Castes (SC) and 3 seats for Scheduled Tribes (ST). In 2017, BJP formed the government with an absolute majority. In the elections, BJP got 44 seats, while Congress got 21 seats. CPIM won one seat and Independents won two seats.
