Himachal Pradesh Snowfall: Snowfall in four districts of Himachal, temperature also fell in Punjab

Snowfall in Himachal Pradesh: Heavy fall in temperature has been recorded due to snowfall in four districts of Himachal Pradesh. Snowfall has occurred in the higher elevations of Lahaul-Spiti, Kinnaur, Shimla and Chamba districts of the state. Manali has also received the first snowfall of the season. Hidimba Temple, Solang Valley, Mari, Gulaba, Rohtang Pass, Atal Surang have received snowfall in Manali’s high altitude areas.

Due to snowfall, the maximum temperature has decreased. However, the relief is that the weather will remain clear in the state for the next three to four days. After a few days of clear weather, the weather will change once again from November 19 and the higher areas of the state will experience snowfall. The arrival of tourists has increased due to the snowfall in the highlands of Himachal Pradesh. There has also been an increase in the business of photographers, horse riders and taxi drivers associated with the tourism business. Tourism business is likely to gain momentum in Shimla.

Shimla recorded 8 degrees Celsius.

Due to snowfall in the higher areas of Himachal Pradesh, the temperature has dropped drastically. Due to snowfall, the temperature has dropped by four to five degrees in different areas of the state. Shimla recorded 8.0, Dharamshala 8.4, Keylong -2.3, Kukumseri -0.1, Narkanda 1.5, Dalhousie 2.6 and Rekang PO 5.7 degrees Celsius. The temperature will be lower during night time.
