Gyanvapi Mosque Verdict: Verdict in favor of Hindu party in Gyanvapi case, court nods for hearing; Next hearing on September 22

Gyanvapi Masjid Case Update:    Varanasi Court has given a big decision in Gyanvapi Mosque Case. The court has said that the case will be heard now. Knowledgeable case will be held on September 22. The Varanasi District Court has said that the hearing will be held in favor of the Hindu party. 

The district court in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh gave its verdict on the Gyanvapi case. While delivering the verdict in the Gyanvapi Sringar Gauri case, the court said that the dispute will be heard. Now the next hearing of this case will be held on 22nd. The court held that  Rakhi Singh v. State of Uttar Pradesh is maintainable in this court. While giving this decision, the court has rejected the application of the respondent Anjuman Injatiya Masjid Committee.

District Judge Ajay Krishna Vishvesh gave this verdict. Hindu party lawyers Harishankar Jain and Vishnu Jain were present on this occasion. Apart from this, 3 of the 5 plaintiffs namely Lakshmi Devi, Rekha Arya and Manju Vyas had also reached.  Only 40 parties and their lawyers were admitted to the hearing. Access to other people was blocked.

Advocate Vishnu Shankar Jain, representing the Hindu party in the Gyanwapi Masjid case, said that the court rejected the plea of ​​the Muslim party and said that the claim was maintainable. The next hearing of this case will be held on September 22. This is the victory of Hindu society.

Petitioner Sohanlal Arya has said that the next hearing is on September 22. This is the foundation of the Gnanavapi temple. This is a victory for all Hindus. He has appealed to the people to maintain peace.
