Raveesh’s resignation comes a day after Prannoy Roy and Radhika Roy resigned as directors of RRPR Holding Pvt Ltd. This company is the promoter group vehicle of NDTV.
Adani group’s stake in NDTV
A day before this, RRPR Holding Pvt. Information about the share was given. Of which 99.5% equity shares are held by Vishwa Pradhan Commercial Private Limited, a company that has been acquired by AMGMedia Networks, the Adani Group’s media company. With this Adani Group now has 29.18% stake in NDTV.
