In the two-minute-five-second video, the Dalai Lama asked the child to look for good human beings who create peace and happiness and not to follow those who kill others. The statement released on Monday said a video clip is circulating in which a child asks His Holiness the Dalai Lama if he can hug him.

According to the statement, the Dalai Lama would like to apologize to the child, his family and friends around the world if his words have hurt feelings. Let’s take what they meet and this happens in public and in front of cameras. He said that he regretted the incident.
