Amit Shah will launch ‘Vibrant Village Program’ in border village of Arunachal tomorrow, will give strong message to China

Amit Shah Arunachal Pradesh Visit Plan: Home Minister Amit Shah will visit Arunachal Pradesh on Monday and Tuesday and during this time will reply to China in its own language. Amit Shah will inaugurate the Vibrant Village program on the China border and will encourage the soldiers.

Amit Shah will inaugurate the ‘Vibrant Villages Programme’ in Kibitu, a border village of Anjaw district of Arunachal Pradesh. Under this, border villages will not only be developed, but keeping tourism in mind, those villages will be included in the mainstream by connecting them with the main road.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi launched the ‘Vibrant Village Programme’ with a central contribution of Rs 4800 crore including Rs 2500 crore specifically for road connectivity for the financial years 2022-23 to 2025-26. (VVP) has been approved. VVP is a centrally sponsored scheme under which 2967 villages have been identified in 46 blocks of 19 districts along the northern border of the States of Arunachal Pradesh, Sikkim, Uttarakhand and Himachal Pradesh and Union Territory of Ladakh for comprehensive development. In the first phase, 662 villages have been identified on priority basis which includes 455 villages of Arunachal Pradesh.

For the development of villages…

The Vibrant Village Program will help in improving the living standards of the people of the identified border villages and encourage them to stay in their native places thereby preventing migration from these villages and help in enhancing the security of the border. The district administration with the help of appropriate mechanism at block and panchayat level will prepare action plan for the identified villages to ensure 100% implementation of centrally and state sponsored schemes. The identified focus areas for the development of villages include road connectivity, drinking water, electricity including solar and wind energy, mobile and internet connectivity, tourism centres, multi-purpose centers and health infrastructure and health wellness centres.

< p style ="text-align: justify;">Amit Shah to inaugurate nine micro hydel projects

Amit Shah in Kibitu on 10 April "Golden Jubilee Border Lighting Program" Under this, he will inaugurate nine micro hydel projects of the Arunachal Pradesh government. These power projects will help in the empowerment of the people living in the border villages. Shri Shah will also inaugurate projects of the Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) to strengthen infrastructure at Likabali (Arunachal Pradesh), Chhapra (Bihar), Nooranand (Kerala) and Visakhapatnam (Andhra Pradesh). Union Home Minister will also interact with ITBP personnel in Kibitu. On this occasion, an exhibition of products made by women members of self-help groups of border districts will also be organized. Amit Shah will also see the stalls in the exhibition organized by the efforts of the women of the border villages. On April 11, Union Home and Cooperation Minister will visit Namti Maidan and pay homage at Walong War Memorial.
