Amit Shah Claim on 2024 Loksabha Election: Union Home Minister Amit Shah has made a big announcement regarding the 2024 Lok Sabha elections. Amit Shah on Friday said that the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP)-led National Democratic Alliance (NDA) will form the government in 2024 as well and Narendra Modi will become the Prime Minister of India for the third consecutive time.
Amit Shah said in a program here that after the coming of the Narendra Modi government, three important issues of Jammu and Kashmir, Northeast and Naxalite problem have been largely resolved. Home Minister Amit Shah said that no foreign power has dared to interfere in the internal affairs of the country after surgical strike inside Pakistan.
People will decide who will be the next PM
He further said, ‘‘The public will decide who will be the next Prime Minister of the country. I have visited all parts of the country and feel that BJP will form the next government and Narendra Modi will become the Prime Minister of the country for the third consecutive time.’’
The total number of seats BJP will get
Amit Shah did not stop here. He further said that this would be the first time since 1970 that the Prime Minister would get the mandate for the third consecutive term. When Shah was asked about the number of seats the NDA would get in the 2024 elections, he said it would be more than what it got in 2019. He also told about the total seats available. Amit Shah said, ‘‘We (BJP) will get more than 303 seats.’’
New alliance of Mamta and Akhilesh
Let us tell you that BJP alone got 303 seats in the 2019 Lok Sabha elections, while the NDA alliance got about 350 seats in the 543-member Lok Sabha.
