Officials who have already arranged special buses on the occasion of Dussehra have announced that there will be no extra fares in them and normal fares will be charged. On the other hand.. Hyderabad is home to historical places. There are many places to see in the city. RTC is ready to run special buses for those coming to Bhagyanagar for sightseeing from the districts. Hyderabad launched new buses named Darshan on Tuesday. As part of this, the journey will last for 12 hours in seven historical places. Apart from that, food is also provided. The tour starts at 8.30 am and will end at 8 pm.
Tar will start from Alpha Hotel at 8.30 am. First drive to Birla Mandir, then Chowmahalla Palace, afternoon lunch at Haritha Hotel at Taramati Baradari Resort. After lunch we will be taken to Golconda Palace, Durgam Cheruvu Park, Cable Bridge and NTR Park at Hussain Sagar. Metro Express charges Rs.250 for adults and Rs.130 for children. In the same metro luxury, it costs Rs.450 for adults and Rs.340 for children. A 10 percent discount is offered to early customers. RTC officials said that customers should book their tour from TSRTC official website. It has also established two help line numbers 040-23450033 and 040-69440000. Day by day the number of tourists in Hyderabad is increasing due to the expansion of the city. Keeping them in mind, RTC Greater Zone officials have made available a special bus service named 'Hyderabad Darshan' to visit all the touristic, spiritual and historical places of the city. To this extent RTC Chairman Bajireddy Govardhan and MD Sajjanar Darshan flagged off the special service. RTC Secunderabad Region Manager CH.Venkanna said that these services are running on Saturdays and Sundays. He said that 60 percent of RTCs in other states have been privatized and everyone is struggling to survive the institution in our state.
