People are traveling to their native places to celebrate Dussehra festival. Thousands of people have already left Hyderabad. They reach their homes by buses, own vehicles and trains. In this background, the authorities are making special arrangements keeping in mind the traffic. Along with Andhra Pradesh RTC, Telangana RTC is running special buses. Special bus services are running from many key areas of the city to the districts. Railway officials are also running special trains this year.

Recently, South Central Railway CPRO Rakesh responded to the special arrangements in this regard. On this occasion, he said.. 'We are running 315 special trains for Dussehra festival. We are charging extra charges for some special trains. If the traffic increases further, additional bogies have been arranged, he said. Meanwhile, the officials said that changes have been made in the timings of many trains. Passengers should know the train timings and reach the station.

Keeping in view the festival crowd, the authorities have taken a decision to increase the platform tickets at some stations. In Kachiguda and Vijayawada, the charges have been increased from Rs 10 to Rs 20. Officials say that this decision has been taken to control those who come unnecessarily to the crowded station in the wake of the festival. Officials said that the platform ticket charges are likely to be increased in Secunderabad railway station in a day or two.
