PFI: MIM leader Asaduddin Owaisi’s interesting comments on PFI ban

It is known that in the PFI case, which created a sensation across the country, the Union Home Ministry took a decision to ban the institution. However, Hyderabad MP and MIM Party leader Asaduddin Owaisi reacted to the central government’s decision. He said that he will never support the PFI organization. He made sensational comments that the ban imposed by the central government is not justifiable. He stated that he has been opposing PFI policies since the beginning, and has been supporting the government’s policy, but now he will not support the ban on PFI. PFI is prohibited. Asaduddin Owaisi asked the central government why the organizations associated with the perpetrators of the Khaza Ajmeri blasts were not banned.

Referring to the UAPA amendment, he lashed out at Congress and BJP. He said that if the Congress amends the UAPA, the BJP government has made it more cruel. He criticized that Congress had supported it at that time. He said that this kind of strict ban is dangerous. It is a ban on Muslims who want to express their opinion. Asaduddin Owaisi expressed concern that now every Muslim youth will be arrested with a PFI leaflet under India's cruel black law UAPA.

Meanwhile, it is known that the Central Home Ministry has imposed strict restrictions on the Popular Front of India (PFI). The Center has issued a gazette notification identifying PFI as an illegal organization. Recently there have been raids on PFI offices across the country. Apart from being found to be involved in terrorist activities, the officials found that this organization was working as a target of Prime Minister Modi. It is known that 80 PFI leaders have been arrested by the officials who conducted lightning raids across Karnataka on Tuesday as well. They were produced before the respective district and taluk judges and sent to jails. Taking into account the allegations of disturbing peace and conspiring to attack opponents, the Center has identified PFI as an illegal organisation. Reacting to the central government's decision, Asaduddin Owaisi said that he does not support the ban.
