The city of Hyderabad will be the venue for another prestigious event. Our lucky city will host this Formula car racing competition which is being held for the first time in the country. These competitions will start from February 11 next year. This Formula World Championship race will be held under the joint auspices of Telangana Government, ABB Formula and Greenco. The Telangana government is already making extensive arrangements for the organization of these international competitions. A racing track is being set up on the 2.7 km stretch of Necklace Road. The track is being made in such a way that it goes from Telugu Thalli Chowrastha to NTR Garden. The track plan is being made so that there are 17 turns in total. Many automobile companies of the world will participate in this prestigious race. A curtain raiser program will be held in Delhi on Saturday (November 5) in connection with this race. The conference will begin at 7 pm at The Ashoka Hotel lawn in New Delhi.
As a hub for electric vehicles..
Meanwhile, the formula will enter India with the first race to be held in Hyderabad on February 11 next year. The last Formula 1 Indian Grand Prix was held in October 2013 at the Buddh International Circuit in Gautam Buddh district of Uttar Pradesh. After that, this is the first time that an international racing event will be held in the country. The Telangana government and Formula E officials signed a Letter of Intent (LOI) in Hyderabad earlier this year to bring the eco-friendly motorsports event to Hyderabad. The government hopes to make Telangana a hub for electric vehicles. The Telangana government hopes that the Formula E race will contribute a lot in achieving that goal. Formula E co-founder and Chief Championship Officer Alberto Longo said on this occasion, 'We are very much looking forward to start the Formula E World Championship at Hyderabad. We continue to push the international boundaries of all-electric street racing with the E-Prix in Hyderabad and Sao Paulo. At the same time, we will continue the most popular races in Jakarta, Seoul as well as Diriya, Mexico City, Berlin, Monaco, Rome and London.
With 80 to 90 crores..
Meanwhile, if all 12 prestigious cities in the world are selected for the organization of these competitions, Hyderabad has got the place of Formula-E Prix-2023 in India.
That is why the Telangana government also considers these competitions prestigious. The 2.37 km track where the racing takes place is being constructed with international standards in accordance with Formula-E norms. Around 50 thousand fans are making arrangements to watch the race themselves. It seems that the two-day race will cost around Rs.80 to Rs.90 crore.
We're 100 days away from our first EVER race in India 🇮🇳
