However, as usual, arrangements were made on the Hyderabad Tank Bund for the immersion of Ganesh. Balapur Ganesha will also be immersed in Hyderabad Tank Bund. For this, 8 cranes on the tank bund and 22 cranes around the tank bund have been kept ready. Apart from this, 9 more cranes were installed on NTR road, 3 cranes at People's Plaza and 2 cranes at two baby ponds.

Hyderabad Traffic Police has released the route map related to Ganesh immersion in Tank Bund. Through this route map, clarity has been given on which routes to bring the idols towards the tank bund. Also, all the arrangements have been completed on other tanks like Sarur Nagar, Nalla Cheruvukatta Uppal, Safil Guda under Rachakonda for Vinayaka immersion. The required number of cranes have already been made available. However, the Hyderabad police provided the traffic details. The details are as follows..

These are the routes of Ganesh immersion procession..

The procession starts from Kesavagiri. Chandrayanagutta – Left Turn – MBNR X Road – Falaknuma ROB – Aliabad – Nagulchinta – Charminar – Madina – Afzalganj-SA Bazar – MJmarket – Abids – Barkarsheer – Abids – NTR Marg, towards PVNR Marg (Necklace Road).

From Secunderabad area, the procession will pass through RP Road – MG Road – Karbala Maidan – Kavadiguda – Mushirabad X Road – RTC X Road – Narayanguda X Road – Himayatnagar 'Y' junction and join the main procession at Liberty. The idols coming from Chilkalaguda X Roads reach Mushirabad. 'X' Roads via Gandhi Hospital.

Procession from Eastzone Uppal – Ramanthapur – 6 no. Junction Amberpet-Shivam Road – NCC at OU – Durga Baideshmukh Hospital – Hindi Mahavidyalaya X Roads – Fever Hospital – Barkatpura X Roads – Narayanguda X Roads and joins the procession coming from RTC X Roads. Also idols from Dil Sukh Nagar join the procession from IS Sadan – Saidabad – Chanchal Gudat Nalgonda X Roads. A few large statues pass through Musarambagh towards Amber Pate. The idols coming from Tarnaka side reached Osmania University Distance Education Road, Adikmet via Vidyanagar and joined the fever hospital in a procession.

From Tolichowki, Retibowli, Mehdipatnam side the processions will proceed to NTR Marg via Masab Tank, Ayodhya Junction – Nirankari Bhavan – Old PS Saifabad – Iqbalminar. Also, the idols coming from Erragadda will pass through SRnagar-Ameerpet-Panjagutta-Khairatabad and the procession from Mehdipatnam will join Nirankari Bhavan and reach NTR Marg. Statues coming from Tappachabutra, Asifnagar side – Sitarambagh – Boyguda Kaman – Volga Hotel – Goshamahal Baradari – Join the main procession at MJ Market via Alaska and proceed towards Abids – Bashirbagh – Liberty – Ambedkar Statue – NTR Marg, PVNR Marg (Necklace Road).

No traffic other than idol procession will be allowed on the above main procession route from 06 AM on Friday (09-09-2022) to 10 AM on Saturday (10-09-2022). Traffic restrictions may be extended if the situation warrants.   4. Hyderabad West: AR Petrol Pump at Tope Khana Masjid, Alaska Hotel Junction, Usman Gunj Shankarbagh and Seena Hotel, Ajanta Gate near Exhibition Grounds, Abkari Lane, Taj Island, Chapel Road, KLK Building.
  5.
