Stand with feet apart and extend arms to both sides. Take a deep breath. Exhale slowly and bend the body from the hips to the right. The waist should be tight. Exhale and raise both hands up in the air in a Namaskar mudra. Stay like this for 10-30 seconds and inhale in a normal position. After that, slowly release the air and lower the hands down. The foot should also be normalized. In the same way, the left foot should be brought to the right thigh and the hands should be brought into the Namaskar mudra to complete the asana.

Lie on a bed and stretch the whole body completely. Make sure that the toes and heels of both feet touch the ground. Bring the palms to the sides of the chest and touch the floor.
