Coarsely chop almonds and cashews and keep them aside. Now take a blender jar and put milk, sattu, cardamom powder, saffron and jaggery in it. Blend them together to get a smooth and creamy consistency. Pour the milkshake in a serving glass and serve garnished with chopped cashews and almonds.
