World Mental Health Day 2020: People’s mental health is getting badly affected nowadays due to increasing stress. Due to which many mental illnesses are also taking place in people with increasing age. This is the reason that in view of this problem around the world, World Health Organization celebrates World Mental Health Day on 10 October every year. The purpose behind celebrating this day is to make people aware of their mental well being. According to the National Council on Aging, one in four adults suffer from mental disorders such as depression, anxiety and dementia.

Give better nutrition to the brain
